room2service was founded on a simple belief: hotel operators deserve software that works as hard as they do. We've spent over a decade in hospitality — and we built the platform we always wished existed.
HOW WE STARTED
room2service was founded in 2012 by a team of hospitality veterans who had spent years managing properties across Asia and the Middle East. We experienced firsthand the chaos of juggling disconnected systems — a PMS that didn't talk to the POS, a room service module that required manual reconciliation, and a front desk team drowning in paperwork.
We set out to build a single, unified platform that connected every department under one roof. After three years of development and close collaboration with independent hotel operators, room2service launched its first integrated suite in 2015.
Today, we serve over 400 properties across 28 countries — from boutique city hotels to five-star resort chains. Our team of 120 spans product, engineering, and hospitality operations, united by a shared obsession with making hotel management simpler, smarter, and more human.
